Return Policy

If you don't like our product, you shouldn't have to pay for it. Send back any item within 15 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Standard Shipping Procedure

If you are ordering a foam insert and need any accesories (like "The Light" or template paper) to complete your templates, we will ship your accesories immediately upon receipt of order, and your order status will reflect "partially shipped." Once you complete your templates, send them back using the original packing materials and the included return shipping label. Don't forget to send back The Light to receive your refund. Upon receipt of your templates, we will cut your foam inserts typically within one business day. Once we ship your completed foam inserts, expect your order to show a status of "shipped."   

Free Shipping Policy

With any foam insert order over $99, we will ship your items for free using either USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Shipping Details

Currently, we only ship to the United States. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please understand that these are estimates and subject to change upon shipment.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
